Concrecel^® USA was selected by Weiss & Woolrich Southern to be the provider of Lightweight Insulating Concrete due to its proven track record, commitment to quality and ability to mobilize immediately. This project had originally been specified utilizing 3” rigid board insulation and 70 ft tapered crickets. However due to the shortage of materials and tremendous price increases caused by Hurricane Katrina the contractor was forced to look for an alternative solution. That solution was Concrecel USA. Within 7 days Concrecel USA reviewed all project specifications, prepared submittals and commenced work, with no additional cost or delay.
